Dear Sheila, I just had to write and thank you for introducing me to healing, as you know I had been suffering pain in my Jaw, I had not been able to open my mouth without pain, I found it very hard to eat or yawn after receiving healing from you I have not had any more pain this is the first time in over two years, I had tried many different kinds of treatment and therapies none of them worked for me Thank you once again. Dear Sheila, When I first came to see you (about ten years ago now) I had never had healing before and was not sure what to expect from it and I must admit I was very sceptical about you and the healing but I thought I would give it a try because I was suffering with severe symptoms of the Menopause. Very bad hot sweats and even worse awful anxiety attacks.
I had tried most things but by this time I was getting desperate so what could I lose.
At first I found it hard to relax during the healing sessions but it did not take long before I was relaxing to the point of going to sleep during the healing.
The first indication I had that healing had been working for me was when I was at work, I did not realise that I was whistling and singing until my boss who was also my friend made a comment about it, it was then that I realised I felt happier than I had for a very long time, I remember as if it was yesterday the words that went through my head were “That’s Sheila and the healing that is” I carried on going weekly for some time and then for some reason stopped, a good sing really because it meant I was feeling so much better. Then in Oct 1998 lots of problems started my Mum having a fall being in hospital for 3 weeks when she was discharged she came to live with me, a week after she had moved in I had a bad fall and broke my hip I was taken to hospital that was the start of a very traumatic time for me. My hip was repaired but I was unable to put my foot to the floor, after eight weeks I was told the repair had failed, after nine months of hospital visits I finally had a successful total hip replacement. Unfortunately I then became unwell, another spell in hospital and a kidney biopsy I was found to have severe nephritic syndrome at the end of six months of treatment of steroids and chemotherapy drugs (that made me feel like dying) I was told the treatment had not worked so I was started on different treatment, added to all this I was told that the chemotherapy had destroyed my immune system. Once again I ended up in hospital with the worst case of Shingles my Doc had ever seen.
As you can imagine by this time I was very depressed on top of all this I still had my Mother to care for she was now losing her memory. I was unsure about ringing Sheila because it had been such along time since I had last seen her but I was once again desperate, I did not need to worry, it was as if I had never been away, so once again I started having healing, Sheila was always there for me to talk with After a while I had a check up at the Renal Clinic and my consultant told me I was at last showing signs of improvement COINCIDENCE I don’t think so. I am still stable and the hospital is pleased with me. I have since had a Hernia operation everything went well I recovered brilliantly. Healing worked for me.

I first met Sheila Appleton in October 1997, just afetr I had been diagnosed with breast cancer, a mutual friend had arranged for me to receive some spiritual healing. I had never had healing before and I must admit I was a bit apprehensive.
When I arrived at Sheila's house I was shown up to her healing room. This room gives off a ver calm and surreal atmosphere and feels very comfortable. Before Sheila started the healing session she explained what was going to happen, she then put on a relaxing tape and all I had to do was lie there and relax while she worked on me by moving her hands above my body there was never any physical contact, the heat that was sent out through her hands to me was very intense.
I visited Sheila throughout my year long treatment at the hospital, which inclided six months of chemotherapy, two operations and six weeks of radiotherapy.
Sheila was a great help when I had periods of depression, like when all my hair fell out during my chemo or when I was upset about my three year old son and the prospect of not seeing him grow up. Sheila always listened, never judged and always gave good advise, she would tell me that the cancer was shrinking and on my next visit to the hospital I would be told the same thing. I was told I would lose my right breast, Sheila said I would only have the lumps removed (I had three lumps in my breast and infected lymph nodes). Sheila was right, my cancer went from a grade three to a grade one cancer, (cancer is usually graded from one to five, five being the most aggressive from).
I really think my visits to Sheila helped me to cope with that awful year in my life, it gave me strength, courage and moral support, and along side my hospital treatment saved my life. I can honestly say if you are considering Healing and you don't have to have a medical condition to need healing, sometimes the strain of day to day living is enough to wear us down, then you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I feel lucky and privileg to have met Sheila, she is one in a milliion. So Thank You Sheila for being there for me when I needed you the most.

It was one Saturday morning, when much had been saved through the week at work, to be done on the day off. I had been up early and knelt for a while doing something on the floor. When I tried to get up my leg wouldn't work, it wasn't pins and needles as one would expect, it was a pain down my leg to my toes such as I have never know before I couldn't bear to breath, movement was impossible. It was perhaps an hour before I could try to get up pulling myself gradually onto the bed and later to grip the top of a chair and eventually by late morning to get to the phone. I phoned Sheila there was no point in calling the doctor, I thought he couldn't do anything. She dropped everything and came over immediately to me. It was still impossible to walk, I could only drag the leg with a support of the chair. The pain made me feel faint. While I was waiting for her I realised how much we take our health for granted, expecting when we go to bed that we shall get up and carry out all the things planned, necessary or for pleasure. I never thought that I was going to be able to get to the shops, and how was I to get to work on Monday!!!
Sheila arrived and just found the places that were knotted and whatever it was she found and by the time she had left, I was walking and it was going to be possible to go to town. Later that afternoon, I was walking around the town, thinking this is wonderful I am walking!! my leg is working it was the best gift ever. Healing works.
Perhaps Sheila will add her words to say what happened I was in a bit of a daze, numbed in the head. Since then I have had x-rays and deterioration in my joints has been found, there is some pain but I have learned how to use my legs and body to avoid it stopping me from moving.

Sheila is quite a Healer.
Both over the phone, and in person, I have received powerful and very effective healings from Sheila. Just being in her presence, and having the honor of being in her home for a few days visit, totally cleared up a mysterious ailment I had, that not even the doctors could accurately diagnose. But Sheila's guides did. She has a very special vibration and essence; perhaps it is the rare quality of purity and humility. She doesn't seem to be impressed with what it is she actually does with this special healing talent, which always puts right whatever is bothering you. And perhaps that is part of why it works so well.
