Sitting on the grass, which is a lush deep green. Our eyes follow the landscape of the view stretching out before us, their is a beautiful turquoise blue lake with mountains stretching high into a deep blue sky, everywhere is still, only the sound of the birds and animals break the silence.
Tall trees sweep up the side of the mountains, the beauty of the mountains is reflected in the turquoise blue of the lake, it's so peaceful and still, the scent of the flowers fills the air, the water looks so tempting, standing up to take a closer look, walking into the water it feels cool against the skin, the coolness takes our breath away, finding the water not very deep, we find ourselves walking to the center of the lake, surprisingly the water only comes to the waist.
Standing gazing up into the sky with arms outstretched, light descendants from the very point of creation cascading down over our outstretched arms and down over our bodies, down into the water and under our feet, the energy begins to lift us out of the water, rising higher and higher into the sky feeling relaxed and at peace, the colors start to change into translucent pinks/ blues/ greens/ yellows /orange and violet, All the time rising higher into the sky and beyond we have traveled so high we are surrounded witch pure white gold light, there is a feeling of nothing above or below us.
We become aware of the presents of a dear friend or loved one they stand with hands outstretched smiling a warm welcome, taking their hands walk with them, spending time with them.
Spend as much time as you wish before making your journey back to the lake, taking the same route back home.
