Sitting in the quiet, feeling the peace enfold you, be aware of a Gold/White light decending, going down the back of you, going deep into mother earth. See the light coming up from mother earth and circling around yourselves going into your crown charka through your body and out through your hands, use this energy by sending it into the center of you circle allowing the energy to build into a very powerful Peace Healing Energy.
As this energy builds, getting stronger and stronger, feel yourself lifting up from your chair, the spirit leaving the body, The light now in the center of the circle begins to change into the beautiful pink light of unconditional love, Ascending, higher and higher the colors changing all the time, turning into beautiful greens and blues, going higher and higher, the energy is getting stronger and stronger, up and up we go into the cosmos Being aware all the time of the Healing energy, Coming in with an unconditional love vibration. Linking in to the Divine energy of the God source
We are still formed within the circle, going higher and higher into the universe. As we looked down into the center of the circle the earth at a distance, looking dull and gray all the colors of the earth are masked in this grayness of negativity. As a group,draw the earth up toward you, starting to send healing energy down towards mother earth seeing the Energy going down through the layers of the ozone of the earth, the energy starting to clear all the outer layers, sparking, clearing and cleaning all negativity from this area going deeper towards mother earth, clearing the air, all the cloud formations, seeing the clouds getting brighter clearer.
We now touch the tops of the mountains all over the world, the ones that are topped with snow, the ones that are barren, All the time sending the energy down over the mountains and into the waterfalls, Waters cascading over the rocks from a great height, making rainbows over the tops of the mountains as it tumbles down, sparkling, crystal clear, down into all Rivers, lakes, Streams and oceans. Going deep into the ocean's, to the very depth of the Sea-beds, All the time sending the healing energy into the Waters of the world, clearing and cleaning any and all contamination within the water, healing all fish and plant life beneath the sea's, the dolphins, whale's all the fish in all the sea's, continue sending the healing Energy through the Waters over the coral reefs, under the Ice caps, seeing the colors under the water, getting brighter and brighter, fish looking healthier, plant life getting stronger and stronger as the healing energy starts to take effect.
Going up into the mountains, all the time seeing the energy of healing cascading over and down the mountains side into the valley's, into farm land, the desserts, rain forests, into all the land mass of all the World, see this as Peace Healing energy (Take a few moments with this operation being aware of the energy that is going into mother earth) Going down into mother earth, Deep underground to the very core of Mother Earth, sending healing energy, into the roots of all plant life, into the trees, all the insects that live under the earth (spend a few moments for this to take place) coming up once more into daylight seeing the results of the healing energy, everything seems to be brighter, sending this energy to all of the animal kingdom, The ones that roamed the earth, the ones that fly the skies seeing each of the species receiving the healing they need.
